Food I Eat

I’ve recently decided to revamp what my eating habits. I’m a serious sugar addict. I’m cutting out alot of sugar as well as toning down all the carbs i’m eating. I have a few small exceptions for each, but no more excuses anymore.
  • Heres a list of what I eat:

Dairy:

  • Milk (rarely, and if ever 1%)
  • Soy milk ( i know its not dairy, but whatevvs)
  • Cheese (grated cheese, string cheese-non fat)
  • Sour cream (low fat, and rarely)
  • Greek Yogurt

Meats:

  • Chicken
  • Salmon
  • Ground turkey
  • Deli sliced turkey
  • Canned tuna
  • Eggs/ egg whites

Veggies:

  • Lettuce
  • Brocolli
  • Cauliflower
  • Tomatoes (fruit? this is a questionable topic)
  • Cucumber
  • Carrots
  • Zucchini

Fruits:

  • Strawberries
  • Bananas
  • Apples
  • Peaches
  • Frozen fruit (for smoothies): mango, pinapple, blueberries

Breads:

  • Whole grain bread (rarely)
  • Tortilla shells
  • Granola

Other:

  • Tazo Green tea, Tazo Black tea
  • Nuts (almonds, cashews)
  • Salad Dressings (try to keep them at a minimum)
  • Popcorn
  • G2 grape gatorade
  • Coconut water
  • Coffee (usually with a little french vanilla creamer)
